Mayonnaise is one of the most popular and tasty sauces we want in our snacks. And our snacks, fast food, and even every meal are incomplete without it. 1 egg size L.

200 ml of oil: 

if you add 200 ml of olive oil, Mayonnaise with a quite pronounced flavor. We like it softer, and we add 150 ml of seed or sunflower oil and 50 ml of olive oil. According to your taste, go testing and adjusting the amount of fat of each type.

One teaspoon of lemon juice.

1/4 teaspoon of sal


To make Mayonnaise, we have to use room-temperature eggs. For this, we have to put the egg outside the refrigerator for one hour to prepare the Mayonnaise.

We are using a hand mixer in a container that should be as narrow as possible and should be right to put the mixer in it.

Now crack the egg and add in the container and salt and lemon.

At last, start adding oil little by little on the top. Add half oil now.

In the end, put the mixer in the container and turn it on medium speed until all the ingredients blend well. 

Now add the half oil and turn on the mixer at high speed. At this moment, keep moving the mixer until the sauce is emulsified and becomes creamy as you want. 

Now spread this fresh Mayonnaise on a bread slice, add some corns, cucumber slices, chicken, and enjoy. 

How to preserve Homemade Mayonnaise

If handled correctly, the homemade Mayonnaise remains good in the fridge for several days. You have to maintain hygiene by storing it in an airtight and sterilized glass jar. If you do it the same, you can keep it for about 5-6 days. Because if you use it daily, you open the jar much time, so the chances of contamination increase.

Prevent Mayonnaise from cutting
